The air-cooled screw chiller uses a semi-hermetic screw compressor, featuring stable operation, low noise, and minimal vibration. During the compression process, gas enters the compression chamber from the suction side, is continuously compressed as the screw rotates, and is discharged from the exhaust side. The screw's structural design ensures smooth and efficient gas flow. The equipment is equipped with internationally renowned brand screw compressors such as Bitzer or Hanbell, ensuring long-term efficient and reliable operation. Compared to traditional scroll compressors, the overall energy-saving effect is increased by more than 20%, significantly reducing energy consumption.

Shell and tube evaporator

The air-cooled chiller uses a high-efficiency shell-and-tube evaporator, where the refrigerant evaporates inside the heat exchange copper tubes, and water flows outside the shell. To enhance heat exchange efficiency, we added an approximately 2mm thick baffle inside the shell, causing the cooling water to flow back and forth, thereby improving heat transfer efficiency and achieving the effect of producing ice-brine water.  

The exterior of the shell is wrapped with high-performance insulation cotton to reduce energy loss and ensure stable system operation and constant temperature.  

The evaporator uses high-efficiency seamless copper heat exchange tubes. The copper tubes are processed with precise "jade flower" craftsmanship, forming a threaded rib structure on the inner wall, which significantly increases the heat exchange area between the refrigerant and the copper tubes. Compared with traditional smooth tubes, this structure more than doubles the heat exchange area, greatly enhancing overall heat transfer efficiency and refrigeration performance.
